LiCheng Tech is an equipment manufacturer serving mining and mineral processing projects worldwide. This notice explains what information this website (lichengintl.com) collects, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect
1. Information you choose to send us
When you contact us — through the inquiry form, by email, or on WhatsApp — you give us your name, an email address or phone number, and the details of your requirement (material, feed size, target capacity, and similar). We use this only to answer you and to prepare a quotation.
Our website inquiry form does not store your data on our server. It composes a message and opens it directly in WhatsApp or in your own email application. The message travels from your device to us through that service; nothing is written to this website’s database. You can review the message before you send it.
2. Technical information
Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies:
- Session cookies set by WordPress so pages work correctly.
- Language preference cookies set by our multilingual plugin, so the site remembers which language you chose.
- Cache cookies set by our caching layer to serve pages faster.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that message is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, which we do not control.

Correspondence about an inquiry is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax, and warranty obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the EU or UK GDPR — you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- ask us to delete data we no longer need;

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and our team operates from China. Your information may therefore be processed outside your own country. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to protect it, and we limit access to the people who need it to answer you.
Children
This site is intended for business and professional users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles personal data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
