Mobile Impact Crusher Station
Wheel-mounted / Track-mounted
A secondary station built around a horizontal impact crusher. Impact crushing gives a cubical, continuously graded product, which makes it the usual choice for medium-soft rock such as limestone, dolomite and gypsum. It is also common in C&D waste, where it tolerates rebar-bearing concrete better than a cone.
- Impact crushing gives a cubical, continuously graded product for high-spec aggregate
- A high reduction ratio — one impactor can replace two crushing stages
- Blow-bar-to-impact-plate gap adjusts the product size easily
Key features
- Impact crushing gives a cubical, continuously graded product for high-spec aggregate
- A high reduction ratio — one impactor can replace two crushing stages
- Blow-bar-to-impact-plate gap adjusts the product size easily
- Efficient and low-energy on medium-soft rock — limestone, dolomite, gypsum, coal gangue
- Tolerates rebar-bearing material in C&D waste
- Runs behind a jaw station as a two-stage line, or closed circuit with a screen

Selection note:The table lists normally fitted impactors and their individual capacity. Station throughput varies with material hardness and target product size. For hard or highly abrasive rock we will recommend a cone station instead, and say why.
Applications
- Aggregate from medium-soft rock — limestone, dolomite, gypsum
- Recycled aggregate from C&D waste and demolished concrete
- Aggregate supply for asphalt and ready-mix plants
- Secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard ore
Options & configuration
- Chassis: wheel or track
- Blow bars in high-chrome iron or alloy steel, selected against abrasiveness
- Hydraulic gap adjustment on the impact plates
- Closed circuit with a mobile screen
- Optional iron remover and water spray dust suppression
