Mobile Equipment
For sites where building a fixed plant is not practical: short-life deposits, multiple quarry faces, urban demolition, and projects where the permit is for two years rather than twenty.
Selection guide
Mobile or modular
Mobile crushing plant: wheel-mounted or track-mounted, moved between sites. Wheel-mounted is cheaper and faster to reposition on hard ground; track-mounted goes where a truck cannot and sets up in minutes.
Modular plant: pre-engineered sections that bolt together on a simple foundation, shipped in standard containers. Halfway between mobile and fixed — you get a proper plant with proper capacity, but the engineering is already done and the site work is weeks rather than months.
What decides it
How many times you will move, and how far. Moving once a year justifies a mobile plant; moving once ever does not, and a modular plant will give you better capacity for the same money. Tell us the site life and the ground conditions and we will tell you which side of that line you are on.
