Bucket Elevator
TH Series
Buckets on a chain or belt lift powder and small lump material vertically into a silo or the next stage. Compared with an inclined conveyor, it needs less floor space, reaches greater heights and runs enclosed — which is why it is standard equipment on milling, beneficiation and dry-mortar lines.
- Vertical lift needs far less floor space than an inclined conveyor
- Enclosed transfer keeps dust in — suited to powder
- Lifting heights above 40 m
Key features
- Vertical lift needs far less floor space than an inclined conveyor
- Enclosed transfer keeps dust in — suited to powder
- Lifting heights above 40 m
- Buckets and chain are replaceable; service points are at head and boot
- Backstop available so a power failure cannot run the buckets backwards
- Standard equipment on milling, beneficiation and dry-mortar lines
