High Frequency Screen
GPS Series
A high-frequency, low-amplitude screen for the fine classification and dewatering that conventional screens cannot do. The high frequency and small throw stop fine particles from sticking and blinding, which is why it is used below 1 mm — fine classification, tailings recovery and concentrate dewatering.
- High frequency and small amplitude keep fine particles from sticking or blinding
- Works below 1 mm where conventional screens give up
- High classification efficiency — can replace some hydraulic classification duty
Key features
- High frequency and small amplitude keep fine particles from sticking or blinding
- Works below 1 mm where conventional screens give up
- High classification efficiency — can replace some hydraulic classification duty
- Effective on tailings recovery and concentrate dewatering, with low final moisture
- Pairs with a fine sand recovery unit and thickener for a complete recovery system
- Replaceable polyurethane or composite screen media with long life
Specifications
GPS Series High Frequency Screen
| Model | Screen Size (mm) | Aperture (mm) | Capacity (t/h) | Power (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GPS-4 | 1500×3000 | 0.1–1.0 | 20–60 | 2×1.5 |
| GPS-6 | 1800×3600 | 0.1–1.0 | 40–90 | 2×2.2 |
| GPS-8 | 2100×4200 | 0.1–1.0 | 60–150 | 2×3.0 |
Selection note:Standard figures. Actual capacity varies with size distribution, pulp density and aperture. For fine classification we recommend a bench test to confirm aperture and throughput.
