Vibrating Feeder
GZD Series
A vibrating feeder drives a trough with a vibrator to deliver bulk material evenly and continuously into a crusher. With a grizzly section on the trough it also pre-screens, bypassing material that is already small enough so the crusher only sees what it needs to. It sits at the head of every crushing line and largely decides how stable that line runs.
- Even, continuous feed keeps the crusher from being overloaded or running empty
- Optional grizzly section pre-screens so fines bypass the crusher and usable capacity goes up
- Twin eccentric shafts give a stable amplitude; feed rate is set by adjusting the exciting force
Key features
- Even, continuous feed keeps the crusher from being overloaded or running empty
- Optional grizzly section pre-screens so fines bypass the crusher and usable capacity goes up
- Twin eccentric shafts give a stable amplitude; feed rate is set by adjusting the exciting force
- Variable-frequency drive available, so feed can follow the crusher's current draw automatically
- Replaceable wear liners in the trough for heavy-duty service
- Simple and reliable — the dependable head of the line
