Fine Sand Recovery Machine
LZ Series
It recovers the fine sand that a washer sends out with its overflow. A conventional washer loses 5–20% of the finished sand to the waste water; a recovery unit concentrates that stream in a cyclone and dewatering screen and puts it back into product, while the returned water runs clearer and the settling pond has less to do.
- Recovers 5–20% of finished sand — usually paying for itself within a year
- Cyclone concentration plus a high-frequency dewatering screen, down to 0.075 mm
- Solids in the return water drop sharply, cutting pond size and dredging

Selection note:Standard LZ figures. Actual recovery depends on overflow density and fines content. Size it against the washer circulating water flow — too small and sand still escapes, too large and the capital is wasted.
