Mineral Processing

Start from your ore, not from a catalogue

Each ore type has its own route. Pick the material you are processing and see the ore types, the difficulties, the process sequence and the equipment that follows from it.

How We Work

From your requirement to a running plant

A clear four-step process, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.

01

Requirement review

You send the material, feed size and target capacity. We confirm what the flowsheet has to achieve before any model is quoted.

02

Flowsheet & equipment selection

We size the crushers, mills and separators against your duty, then issue a model list with the parameters that matter.

03

Manufacturing & inspection

Production is followed against the agreed specification, with dimensional and performance checks before shipment.

04

Delivery & commissioning support

Packing, shipping documents and installation guidance — plus operator training and spare parts supply after start-up.

Machining workshop with a heavy workpiece
Precision machining with coolant
Process plant with conveyor galleries

Why buyers keep coming back

Four things you can check before you send a deposit

Not four things we say about ourselves — four things that are on the site and that you can verify.

Engineers answer, not sales

A technical enquiry is read by a mechanical engineer. If the information we hold is not enough to answer properly, we ask rather than guess.

How we work →

Records travel with the machine

Dimensional reports, material certificates by heat number, NDT reports and a test-run sheet with measured values — not a tick-box form.

What we check →

Come and look

One hour by high-speed train from Zhengzhou. We will walk you through the machining, assembly and test-run areas and show the machines you are considering.

Arrange a visit →

Guides that say when not to buy

Every equipment family has a selection guide that says which machine suits which duty — including the cases where the machine will not survive.

Leave us a message

Tell us the material, the feed size and the capacity — we reply with a process proposal and an equipment list.
