Mobile Screening Plant
Wheel-mounted / Track-mounted
A mobile screening plant that runs standalone or closes the circuit behind a mobile crusher. Multiple decks split the feed into several aggregate grades, and onboard conveyors stockpile each one. Wheel mounted for yards and road projects; track mounted where ground is difficult and the unit relocates often.
- Multiple decks split the feed into two to four grades, each stockpiled separately
- Closes the circuit behind a mobile crusher so oversize recirculates
- Adjustable screen angle and amplitude for varying moisture
Key features
- Multiple decks split the feed into two to four grades, each stockpiled separately
- Closes the circuit behind a mobile crusher so oversize recirculates
- Adjustable screen angle and amplitude for varying moisture
- Onboard product conveyors and stockpile height reduce double handling
- Wheel chassis is cheap to relocate; track gives better mobility
- Also runs standalone for yard grading, spoil screening and tailings
Specifications
Screening Capacity Reference
| Screen Size (mm) | Decks | Capacity (t/h) | Drive Power (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4200×1500 | 3 | 80–200 | 22–30 |
| 5200×1800 | 3 | 120–300 | 30–45 |
| 6000×2100 | 4 | 180–450 | 45–60 |
Selection note:Screening capacity depends strongly on moisture, clay content and aperture size, so the table gives typical ranges. For wet or sticky material we would specify polyurethane media and higher amplitude.
Applications
- Aggregate grading and product stockpiling
