Spiral Classifier
FG / 2FG / FC / 2FC Series
The spiral classifier is widely used for particle-size classification of pulp in metallic ore dressing flowsheets, and for desliming and dewatering in washing plants. It is usually paired with a ball mill in a closed circuit. Two types are available — high-weir (FG) and immersed (FC) — in single or double spiral versions.

Selection note：The tables above list standard FG / 2FG / FC / 2FC parameters. The 2FG / 2FC models are double-spiral, with drive and lifting power doubled. Return sand and overflow vary with pulp density, particle size and feed rate. Please provide throughput, classification size and pulp density when requesting a selection.
