Dry Magnetic Separator
XGC Series
Dry separation needs no water. Compared with wet separation it produces no sludge or waste water and saves water resources — the XGC-8180 primary unit alone can save around 600,000 tonnes of water a year. A dynamic magnetic system makes material slide, shift and tumble on the drum surface; the drum does not pick up material, which improves separation and can raise primary concentrate grade by 1–4 times.

Selection note：The table above lists standard XGC parameters. The "fine selecting" models polish fine fractions; the "roughing" models are for high-throughput pre-concentration. Capacity varies with material magnetism, particle size and moisture content. Please provide material type, size and throughput when requesting a selection.
